Ronak Maniar

Ronak Maniar is the Executive Director of Neomile Asset Managers Private Limited, the investment manager of the Neomile India Opportunity Fund, where he is the Co-Founder and Fund Manager. He is responsible for the firm’s fund development and capital raising initiatives, while also contributing to investment strategy, portfolio management, and strategic direction.
An MBA in Finance with over two decades of experience across institutional equities, capital markets, and investment banking, Ronak has advised leading institutional investors, executed capital market transactions including IPOs and QIPs, and worked closely with corporate management teams across diverse sectors.
Prior to joining Neomile, Ronak served as Executive Director at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, where he held leadership responsibilities across Institutional Equities and Investment Banking. His experience across capital markets, institutional investing, and corporate engagement complements Neomile’s disciplined, research-driven investment approach.

Bhaumik Bhatia

Bhaumik Bhatia is the Executive Director of Neomile Asset Managers Private Limited, the investment manager of the Neomile India Opportunity Fund, where he is the Co-Founder and Fund Manager. He is responsible for the firm's investment philosophy, portfolio construction, portfolio management, risk oversight, and strategic direction.
A Chartered Accountant and Gold Medalist in PGDM (Finance) from TAPMI, Bhaumik brings nearly two decades of experience across buy-side fund management and sell-side equity research. Over his career, he has managed diversified equity portfolios aggregating approximately ₹8,000 crore across mid-cap, large-cap, and other thematic strategies.
Prior to joining Neomile, Bhaumik served as Senior Fund Manager - Equity at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, where he managed the flagship Midcap Multiplier Fund and multiple equity strategies. His investment philosophy blends thematic investing with disciplined bottom-up research, focusing on high-quality businesses with strong governance, prudent capital allocation, and long-term growth runways.
Rashesh Shah
(Executive Director)
Rashesh Shah serves as the Executive Director at Neomile Asset Managers Pvt Ltd and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of the Neomile Growth Fund – Series I, where he oversees more than INR 400 crore in AUM. In this role, Rashesh shapes the scheme's overarching investment philosophy, leads portfolio construction, and manages risk oversight to deliver sustainable strategic growth.
With over 16 years of expertise in Investment Research and Portfolio Management, Rashesh has been a pivotal member of Neomile's Board of Directors since 2023. A qualified Chartered Accountant holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree, his deep market insights guide the firm's core investment strategies.
Before joining Neomile, Rashesh was an Assistant Vice President at ICICI Securities Limited. His analytical precision earned him two prestigious Thomson Reuters Starmine Analyst Awards (2014 and 2016) for excellence in Indian stock market analysis. Throughout his career, he has successfully steered numerous high-profile corporate actions, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic fundraising across multiple industries.
